Vacation

 The time for my vacation is here. Spring break is in full swing and its time for my trip. My friend invited me to his house in Key west Florida. I'm down here for a couple days an will be coming back sometime later in the week. After my trip is done ill communicate with Sean on which days he'll be free. We should be able to set it up from there. While I'm here though its essentially impossible to film due to the distance. While I'm here Sean should be able to finish the non-acting shots to get ahead. I've talked to him and it seems he's working during the week so we'll have to work around that. Brianna is still completely unable to film as she's working the entire week. I cant really do too much while I'm here. In the meantime ill reflect on what is needed to be done when I get back. ill see what is needed and communicate with Sean on the plan. As of now it seems that we are changing the script to make someone else the main actor. Time is still running out but the team is confident we will be able to get it done. We will persevere through our hardships as we have before and continue to succeed. We've made communicating a priority to keep our schedule fixed. I'm going to update him whenever I am supposed to get back from my trip. If all goes well we are set to film at the end of the week. If not then we will have to make time next week.

 The video "How to make a short film" by film riot will act as a helpful tool. This video gives our group a good sense of what well need to do in creating our short film. Most of this is in the preparation and setup that allows the story to come through within the short amount of time. It says not to write something that wont fit the resources that are available to us. Our short film should be written having in mind the actors as well as the access to equipment we have. We would not be able to perform huge cgi shots or anything from the sky as we don't have the equipment for it and we should plan accordingly. Production delay

 Our group has made plans to film in the future as we experienced some scheduling setbacks. The last few weeks have been difficult as we have had less face to face time to make plans for our production. There has been religious holidays as well as unexpected early release days. The main scheduling conflicts lies in the hurricane that hit Florida last week. The hurricanes impact on Florida left us without school and personally left me without access to power during parts of those days. The hurricane made my parents more vigilant over my movement outside of the home which made it nearly impossible to meet up. We had no choice but to wait for another opportunity. The weekend came and went and we had yet to communicate on a day to meet. We met during our class this week and decided to meet in the near future. The timing didn't align for us with our afterschool activities so we could not meet up during the week.
