Production delay

 Our group has made plans to film in the future as we experienced some scheduling setbacks. The last few weeks have been difficult as we have had less face to face time to make plans for our production. There has been religious holidays as well as unexpected early release days. The main scheduling conflicts lies in the hurricane that hit Florida last week. The hurricanes impact on Florida left us without school and personally left me without access to power during parts of those days. The hurricane made my parents more vigilant over my movement outside of the home which made it nearly impossible to meet up. We had no choice but to wait for another opportunity. The weekend came and went and we had yet to communicate on a day to meet. We met during our class this week and decided to meet in the near future. The timing didn't align for us with our afterschool activities so we could not meet up during the week. While talking over the plan to meetup one of our members said they work near a beach. This was perfect as the setting for our commercial was at a beach. We decided that we would meet at that beach after they work. The timing made sense and we would be able to do it at the setting of our liking. Two of our members would have flexibility with their ride as they can drive. I live close to said beach so it worked for me and our other member should be able to get there. We have planned out our members jobs accordingly. We have created the storyboard that lays out our scenes as well as our designated roles. The props will also be handled accordingly. We hope to meet up this weekend.
